Pickled Banana Peppers


  • 8 banana peppers
  • tsp sugar
  • tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • ¼ cup white vinegar


  1. Slice and remove the seeds from the banana peppers.

  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together sugar, salt, black pepper, garlic, and vinegar.

  3. Add sliced banana peppers to the spice / vinegar mixture and stir to thoroughly coat the peppers.

  4. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator until ready to use.
