Okay, so I’m definitely a little late to the game on this one…
but I finally tried the Pink Drink at Starbucks a few weeks ago. I am in love! It’s pretty, obviously, but it’s also refreshing and has just enough strawberry flavor. Plus, the coconut milk gives it a creaminess without making it heavy.
As much as I enjoy the Pink Drink, I’m not ready to give Starbucks all my money, and even pregnancy cravings aren’t enough to justify multiple trips a week to Starbucks. So, I decided to figure out how to make my own. The kids loved helping out with taste-testing, and after several batches, I think I’ve gotten pretty close to the real thing. I might actually like this version better, as there’s just 3 ingredients in this Pink Drink recipe, compared to the original. Plus, it couldn’t be simpler to make.
